LM2023 Trainee Registration Discount & Virtual Scholarship
Join us for the hybrid LM2023 conference from October 29th – November 1st. Attendees will be able to choose to attend in-person OR virtually. If you are a student or a resident, please use this form to submit your enrollment or employment documents to apply for the LM2023 Virtual Trainee Registration Scholarship OR for the LM2023 Trainee discounted rate. The LM2023 Virtual Trainee Registration Scholarship will waive the cost to register for the entire online conference, pre & post-conference workshop can be attended in-person at an additional cost.
NOTE: Virtual scholarships are only available for Students/Trainees who currently hold an active ACLM membership. Those who are not active members (or who are not interested in receiving a scholarship) can still apply to attend at the following Trainee discounted rates:
In-person attendance fee: Trainee Member: $749 | Trainee Non-member: $999
Virtual attendance fee: Trainee Member: $99 | Trainee Non-member: $249
To qualify for a virtual scholarship OR discount, all Students/Trainees (member or non-member) must verify their enrollment in an academic program (at least 1/2 time) or employment through a residency program. Virtual scholarships are limited, and will be awarded to qualified applicants until all scholarships have been distributed.

Upon review of your documentation, we will send a scholarship/discount code via email with which you can register for the conference, should you meet the necessary application requirements.
